Ideal Fish started as a 100% woman-owned initiative with a singular mission: bringing ultra-clean live Branzino production onshore in the USA. We recognized that the seafood supply chain was broken—fraught with microplastics, hormones, antibiotics, parasites, and long shipping times.

The turning point came when a famous chef friend used our hot-smoked fish to produce a dip for sampling at the biggest East Coast Food & Wine festival. It was a runaway hit. Attendees couldn’t believe a fish dip could taste this fresh, clean, and savory. The rest is history.

Today, our Smoked Branzino Fish Dip uses that same ultra-clean Branzino, hot-smoked using traditional European techniques to produce the cleanest and best-tasting fish dip anywhere.
