As the CFO of Ideal Fish, Casimir Sayn-Wittgenstein is responsible for the financial health of the company. With decades of active experience in asset management, Casimir is keenly focused on unit economics and capital formation.
Prior to joining Ideal Fish in an executive role, Casimir was the Co-Founder of Scimitar Oryx Partners. A pioneering firm for nearly 20 years, Scimitar Oryx Partners invested and managed agricultural and food production companies across the globe. Previously, Casimir was Senior Vice President at Renaissance Investment Management. Casimir started his investment management career at Pictet Group, London, and completed his banking training on Wall Street with Brown Brothers Harriman.
Casimir wants to transform the way people produce food. He is attracted to the revolutionary potential of Ideal Fish’s RAS Technology and the possibilities it brings to provide the end consumer with farm-to-table food. He is also passionate about giving back to the community, which he integrates into his role as Chief Financial Officer. Casimir and his team emphasize repurposing old industrial sites in urban centers to provide job creation and growth for the local community.
