    I’ve had smoked trout before but usually in a dip. This trout I prepared as a bite size piece on a cracker with a small dollop of sour cream. It was a really good – no bones and not too salty. I’m ordering more!

    Loved the smoked Branzino – better than the smoked white fish I get at the deli every not and then which is sometimes a little mealy. This smoked fish was firm, evenly smoked and not too salty. Really loved it!
