Each Fish is Individually Vacuum Packed

  • Fish are processed within 12 hours of harvest.
  • Each fish is carefully scaled, gutted and the gills are removed.
  • Each fish is then vacuum packed for your convenience. Should you wish the fish can be placed directly into your freezer upon receipt and will be in great condition for up to 6 months in the freezer. Just be sure to thaw the fish out in the refrigerator before preparing. Our fish will maintain their quality for up to 7 days in your refrigerator.
