Vacuum Packed in four filets per pack
- Fish are processed within 12 hours of harvest.
- Each fish is carefully scaled, gutted, the gills removed and then filleted.
- Each filet has the skin on and is deboned ready for preparation.
- We vacuum pack four filets per bag for your convenience. Should you wish the fish can be placed directly into your freezer upon receipt and will be in great condition for up to 6 months in the freezer. Just be sure to thaw the fish out in the refrigerator before preparing. Our fish will maintain their quality for up to 7 days in your refrigerator.
