Artisanal Bread & Canned Fish

EasyLightly toast one or two slices of freshly baked artisanal bread. Place the bread slices on a clean surface, open a can of Blue Cove tinned fish and spread over the bread. Squeeze fresh juice from a lemon wedge on top.
Optional addition: Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the bread slices before adding the tinned fish.
