Branzino with Mango

• 1 Ideal Fish Branzino Filet
• 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Mango
• 1/2 Grape or Heirloom Tomato
• 1/4 White Onion
• 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
• Curled Parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the branzino filet into 2 pieces and cook in a non-stick pan.
- Cut the mango and tomato into small cubes and add the salt, lime juice, and chopped parsley.
- Reserve some chopped parsley to use as a garnish on the plate and one leaf to place over the fish.
- Serve and enjoy
