Salmon Tartar with Caviar

• 5 oz Ideal Fish Salmon
• 1 Tbsp Ideal Fish Caviar
• 1 ½ Lime Juice
• 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
• ½ Shallot
• ½ Tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
• ½ Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
• Salt & Pepper, To Taste
• Micro Cilantro, For Garnish
• Corn Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the shallots in brunoise.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- Mix the sauce, pepper, salt, sesame, and mustard.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Garnish with caviar and micro cilantro.
- Serve with chips and enjoy.
