• 1 Ideal Fish Salmon
• 4 oz Sweet & Smoky Rub
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Lime
• 1 Rosemary Twig
• 1 Bunch Thyme
• Baking Paper
DIRECTIONS
- Cover the salmon with the rub and herbs. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a sheet pan with baking paper and drizzle olive oil.
- Put the salmon (with the skin side down) onto the pan and add sliced lemon on top.
- Roast for 17 to 22 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
